Sentence; Life [ Launceston Examiner. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4. Sat 8 Oct 1842. Page 5] William Vaughan, William Simmonds, and Frederick Hind, were indicted, on two counts, for forgery ; the first count charged them with forging and fabricating a cheque, and the second with uttering the same knowing it to be so forged and fabricated.
