Married John Smith (convict Lady Castleragh 1817)on the 10th November 1822 in St. Davids, Hobart Town. Had 9 children. Widowed November 1844. Remarried to James Hindmarsh 19 January 1846 in Hobart Town. Died 10th July 1865 Hobart Town Buried St. David's burial ground (St. David's Park) Hobart, Tasmania.
