Family connections for Ann/Mary (Wade) are: WADE Ann/Mary Ann (Wade) was born about 1767. She, Mary (Wade), was tried at Old Bailey, sentenced to 14years, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 22 1 1788 after a journey of 13months on LADY PENRHYN. She married firstly William (Tyrrell his first marriage) on 6 4 1788 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. She was Free by Servitude by 1790. She died on 23 6 1804 age37 & was buried, as Mrs Ann (Tyrrell), at St Phillips CofE Sydney. Ann (Wade) does not have an entry on this Website as yet; but Mary (Wade) has. William (Tyrrell) was born about 1759. He was tried w/1other for stealing lead sheeting & an iron bar at Southhampton Lent Assizes at Winchester Hampshire, sentenced to 7years for the iron bar & arrived in NSW as a convict on 30 11 1787sic after a voyage of 12months on First Fleet ship ALEXANDER. He, William (Tyrrell/Turrell), was granted land in 1792. He was Free by Servitude when he had a second relationship with Ann (Sutherland). He is reported in January 1810 at Kissing Point where he suffered a lightning strike which destroyed his barn & wheat storage & his wife was crippled; his 3children were there.
