Mary Manning, Martha Morron, Margaret Mahon, Margaret Sheedy, Mary Ann Nixon alias Welsh, Catherine Kiernan, Mary Cassock, Catherine Stanton, Johanna Neville, Mary Lyons alias Hynes, Maria Moran, Catherine O'Donnel, Margaret Kennedy, and Mary Sullivan, and twenty-six children; also twenty-three children belonging to the prisoners. William applied for his wife Ann and 3 children to have free passage to Australia since 1833. He applied again in 1843, a note on his application stated "It is understood to be Sir James Graham's desire that the practice of providing free passages to Australia for the wives and families of convicts should be abolished" - they finally arrived on the 'William Jardine' as emigrants in 1849.

William was 5'5½" tall, dark complexion, dark brown eyes, brown hair. Married with 3 children. Wife at native place, Nuneaton nr. Coventry. 1830 Muster: Assigned to Mr. Kimberley 1832-35 Musters: Assigned to Mr. J. M. Stephenson/or Stephens. July 1837: Had TOL 9/6/1842: CP 29/7/1845: Pardoned for any Country not in Europe. 8/10/1852: Steerage Passenger per 'Yarra Yarra' - Launceston to Melbourne - Free by servitude. Listed as Wagstaffe.
