Police No. 108 Convicted At. Middlesex Gaol - Delivery Conviction Date and Sentence. 13th Sept 1827, 14 years Transported for. Larceny from the person Gaol Report. A prostitute. Addicted to pilfering, both in and out of prison. Married. Stated This Offence. Stealing from the person. I was last living with my husband, a hackney coachman. He drove for Mr Romaine, No. 948. Father and Mother [at] No. 28 Whitechapel. [Father] Peter Wall. My proper name is Burton. Husband James Burton. My husband was transported at the same time. I expect he will be sent out in the Phoenix. I have the Register of my marriage with me. I was married at Spitalfields Church. Roman Catholic. Ship's Surgeon's Comment. Indifferent. Forward impudent. Description. Native Place. Whitechapel (London) Trade Servant of all work; can wash and iron, work at slop cloathing. Literacy Can read only Height 5ft 2i/2in. Age 27 (1828) Complexion Fresh, Much pockpitted Head Medium size. Square shape. Hair Dark brown. Visage Small. Cheeks full. Forehead Low, broad and square. Eyebrows Dark, Full and arched. Eyes Dark grey. Nose Thick, broad, long, Turns up. Mouth Medium, Lips curled Chin Long, pointed, Full under cheeks. Remarks Hair mole and some flesh moles on chin. Scare on left arm inside.

Margaret is buried with her convict husband, Campbell Roy in Beaufort Cemetery, Vic, Australia They met while both being convicts on Dennistoun, Bothwell, Tasmania Property owned by Capt. Patrick Wood :)

Margaret Wall was aged 26 when indicted for stealing 1 purse, value 6d., 1 sovereign, 1 half sovereign, 7s., and 1 sixpence from Thomas Camm. He was apparently quite drunk and she invited him in to her abode which he refused and then she stole his purse.
