In the Supreme Court of New South Wales. ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION. In the estate and effects of Thomas Warburton, late of Cranky's Plains, near Bombala, in the Colony of New South Wales, farmer, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof, application is intended to be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that letters of administration with the will annexed, of all and singular the estate and effects of the above named deceased, may be granted to Mahalath Warburton, of Cranky's Plains, near Bombala aforesaid, widow of the said deceased, and a legatee in the said will named.—Dated this 3rd day of June, A.D. 1879. Thomas gained his certificate of freedom on the 2nd May 1835. Thomas settled in Bombala, NSW where he bought some acreage. He married Mahalath nee Smith and had a family of 12 children.
