AJCP Reel No: 5206)", Warrior Convict Hulk at Woolwich, Page 115] 22-Dec-1849: Prisoners from hulks on the Thames River boarded onto the Ship Bangalore for transportation to Australia via Spithead.

c1825: Stated aged 24, in 1849 Quarterly list in prisons and on hulks. 9-Apr-1847: Morris or Moses Ward, Verdict: Guilty, Verdict Comments: Guilty as libelled, Sentence: Transportation - 7 years Previous convictions: assault. Morris or Moses Ward, labourer or miner, Address: Garnkirk, Lanark. [NAS AD14/47/196] Trial papers relating to Morris or Moses Ward for the crime of assault to fracture of bones and danger to life and previous conviction. Tried at High Court, Stirling. 14-Mar-1851: Sentenced to 48 hours solitary confinement for Breach of Convict Regulations due to being in town without a pass. 4-Nov-1852: Charged with being drunk and in town without a pass, fined 5s and ordered to leave town immediately on pain of forfeiting his ticket of leave.
