Departed Portsmouth, England on 29 July 1789, via Cape of Good Hope for Port Jackson, New South Wales, Australia on 3 June 1790. 1790 voyage carried 226 female passengers (convicts)- 5 of whom died on the trip. 6 children also on board. Significant because it was the first ship to bring all female women to the Colony.

Family connections for Mary (Warren) are: WARREN Mary (Warren) was born about 1771. She was convicted w/1other of stealing linen at Warwick Assizes on 25 3 1788, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 3 6 1790 after a voyage of 6months on Fleet ship LADY JULIANA-a ship with 228females who easily entertained the whole crew & also sailors at Teneriffe stopover. She had a first (1of3) relationship with Samuel (Braiden).>>> [Some details taken from this Website] Samuel (Braiden) arrived in NSW as a crewman in January 1788 on First Fleet ship HMS SIRIUS or in July 1790 on Fleet ship HMS SUPPLY or perhaps both. Mary (Warren) & Samuel (Braiden) produced 1child: 1.Samuel (Braiden) was born in 1791 & baptised on 25 10 1791 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. He arrived in NSW as a marine 22 1 1788 after a voyage of 12months on First Fleet ship LADY PENRHYN (the Ref:'Colonial Regiment' gives the ship as ALEXANDER). He enlisted in NSW Corps on 6 4 1792 as a private. In 1794 he was granted 25acres at Hunters Hill. He sailed to Norfolk Island in May 1796 with NSW Corps, recorded as arriving on 13 3 1796 & was discharged on 6 4 1797. He re-enlisted in NSW Corps on 24 9 1797, was detached to (Johnston)s company & was still with that company in 1806 at South Head. He was still at South Head in 1808. In 1808 he was detached to Piper)s company & in 1809 to 3company. On 24 4 1810 he was detached to Veterans company. Mary (Warren) & Peter (Dargin) produced 1child: 1.Mary Ann (Dargin) was born on 18 7 1793 & baptised on 25 8 1793 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. She married Abel (Scholley) chief mate of SCHOLLEY on 25 1 1813 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. ..Abel (Scholley) arrived in Australia free. He was chief mate of SCHOLLEY in 1813. .. >>>Mary (Warren) she married thirdly Isaac (Nichols his first marriage) on 11 9 1796 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. She died in October 1804 age33 by drowning mother of 2children & was buried on 22 10 1804 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. Isaac (Nichols) son of Jonathan (Nichols) droget maker & Sarah (???) was born on 29 7 1770 at Colne Wiltshire. He was tried for stealing brass pot of Thomas (Seagar) & silver watch of Robert (Oakford) of Colne at Warminster Wiltshire Quarter Sessions of Peace, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 9 7 1791 after a voyage of 6months on Fleet ship ADMIRAL BARRINGTON. About 1793 he was appointed chief overseer of convict gangs. His sentence expired in 20 12 1797 after which he was granted 50 acres at Concord, to which he later added more land here & at Hunters Hill & Petersham to a total of 1,400acres. In 1798 he obtained a spirit licence & opened an Inn in George St. On 12 3 1799 he was tried for recieving stolen property at Sydney Criminal Court, sentenced to 14years on Norfolk Island, which was suspended by the Governor, referred to English courts with the result that he was granted a Free Pardon in about 1801. At some point he was granted 0.5acre in Sydney on which he built a 'mansion'. In 1805 he built 33ton 'GOVERNOR HUNTER' at his Sydney shipyard which was used for the colony's trade. He married Rosanna (Julian/Abrahams) on 18 2 1805 at St Phillips CofE Sydney-recorded in Sydney Gazette. In March 1809 he was appointed Superintendent in charge of public works & in April 1809 as assistant to the Naval Officer; he also became colony's first mail officer & again Principal Superintendent of convicts. He is recorded as Postmaster Port Jackson in October 1813. He had many interests including nurture of gardening. He died on 8 11 1819 age49 father of 2known children & was buried at Sydneys new Burial Ground. Mary Warren was sentenced to 7 years transportation at the 25th March 1788, Warwick Assizes. She and Elizabeth Dean had stolen linen. She was sent to London and embarked on the "Lady Juliana". Her age was stated to be 18. Mary had a child, by the First Fleet seaman, Samuel Braiden. The child was was baptied Samuel Braiden on 25th October 1791. His father Samuel was a crewman on HMS "Supply" and left for England the following month. Young Samuel died February 1792. Mary Warren then had a liaison with the First Fleet marine, Peter Dargin. Her daughter to him, was born 1793 and baptised; Mary Ann Dargin at Sydney, August 1793. However, in May 1796 Dargin sailed to join the Corps at Norfolk Island. Soon thereafter, Mary Warren married Isaac Nichols (Third Fleet Convict, 1791, "Admiral Barrington". The couple married 11th September 1796. Nichols became a prominent emancipist publican and businessman. Mary warren is recorded in the 1806 Muster: [Ref AC101 page 28] Lady Juliana, Mary Waqrren, TL/418 with I Nicholls. Mary died October 1804, buried 22nd October at St Phillips, Sydney.
