It will seen our report of the trials Wells, that Thomas Warton, who recently imposed the inhabitants of Bath and Taunton, representing himself Capt. Phipps, of the Navy, and who stood charged with having fraudulently obtained goods, from Mr. James Hunter, of Taunton has been sentenced to seven years’ transportation.
