At the Assizes for Northamptonshire, James Taylor, for stealing a gelding; Thomas Warwick, for a highway robbery; William Packer and Daniel Packer, for stealing a lamb; and Thomas Barber, for a like offence; were severally found guilty, and received sentence of death, but were all reprieved before the Judge left the town.
