New Norfolk Asylum 1850 - 30 January 1850. - Patients Admitted (earlier at Saltwater River, later Port Arthur), 1850-1853 Date; 30 January 1850. Aged 26 years. ** As per register Disease on Admission; Mania Statement from New Norfolk Asylum; Mania - becoming imbecile - generally quiet and amenable, but excitable on being much interfered. Dirty in his habits. General health good.
