Watkin was tried on 12/7/1819, he was 40 years old and born at Llanwrtud County, Brec. (Brecknock). 8/9/1821: Employed on the roads; on list of all persons victualled from HM Magazines - Listed as Watkin. Apr.30/26/10/1822: On list of prisoners assigned. 6/2/1827: Remanded for concealing a cow belonging to William Welsh, in another herd and demanding 5/- for the cow to be released. 1827: TOL 1832: TOL Sydney 19/8/1833: COF NSW BDM: Watkin Watkins died 1835 aged 56.




Passenger list for the Neptune 1820 shows only Watkin Watkins. The names and ages for 'sons' thomas age 5 and James age 2 have been taken from the 1825 Muster Roll. In the right column of this muster is added the comment 'sons of Thomas Watkins. These two boys were born NSW to Thomas and Sarah Watkins, and have no connection to Watkin Watkins.
