On Wednesday evening the following convicts were removed from Lincoln Castle to the Leviathan hulk in Portsmouth harbour: John Watson, John Whitaker, Thos. Grant, John Johnson, Richard Riggall, and Geo. Kent, for the term of 7 years; Laxton Kirkham, for 14 years: and John Askew and Joseph Holmes, for their lives. Stamford Mercury, 16 Oct 1829.
