Tried - 14th September 1826. Age 50. Tried at Old Bailey, London. Accused of grand larceny (stealing, on the 26th of June, 1 saw, value 3s.; 1 stock, value 2s., and 1 plane, value 3s.). Found guilty, pleaded guilty. Sentenced to transportation. Sentence outcome was transported. Transported - 26th March 1827,. Age 51. Sentenced to seven years. Sent to Van Diemens Land.
