He was tried for highway robbery w/1other at Warwick Assizes on 27 9 1809, sentenced to death commuted to Life, held on hulk at Portsmouth & arrived in NSW on 29 9 1811 after a voyage of 5 months on ADMIRAL GAMBIER.
