Francis was 4'5" tall, dark complexion, bown hair, and eyes, rt Arm T C W. left Arm Anchor 2 Pipes & Decanter, single. 26/8/1842: TOL Sarah Ann Watts born 1/10/1849 - Francis listed as a shoemaker.
