First known trial at Bristol(30/6/1835)Bristol,sentenced to 6 months. Second trial 9/10/1837 Bristol,sentenced to 7 years. From 7/12/1837 held on the 'Justitia' at Woolich on 'Thames'. 5/10/1838 left Woolich and arrived NSW 31/1/1839. 18/3/1845 TOL granted for Newcastle(NSW) area. 16/10/1845 Cert of Freedom granted. 20/10/1851 Newcastle NSW married Martha M Collins. Had 5 children with Martha(1852-63) and died Newcastle 28/8/1867.
