Single man; 5'6 1/2"; 24yrs of age; pale complexion; dk brown hair; blue eyes. Assignments in Colony. Several records of misconduct. Last record 1835. Second record of James being tried at Bathurst, New South Wales 29 Mar 1842 for (? offence). Life sentence. Again transported to Van Diemen's Land per the 'Sea Horse' arriving 06/02/1843.
