19/10/1839 Canterbury Journal, Kentish Times and Farmers' Gazette Kent, England: EAST KENT QUARTER SESSION James Weaver, 18, and Philip Green 21, soldiers, charged with having broken into the dwelling house, on the 2nd October, and stolen a sun glass, the property of Thomas Tedham, at Elmstead, and a silk handkerchief and a gaberdine, belonging to the same family - Weaver, transported ten years; Green, acquitted. 12/8/1845: Worked on the Steam Dredge, Newcastle. 1846: TOL, Penrith. 8/8/1851: COF
