Edward Welsh, 222, 5 ft 4½ in. brown hair, blue eyes, 24 years of age, a seaman, tried at Middlesex Jan. 12, 1820, sentence 14 years, arrived in this Colony per Guildford 1820, native place London, absconded from the Public Works Sept. 21, 1824.—£2 Reward.
