Convict Notes
ADM 101/54/51824 Medical and surgical journal of the Minerva convict ship from 21 June to 20 November 1824 by Alexander Nisbet, surgeon and superintendent, during which time the said ship was employed in a voyage to New South Wales. Folios 4-5, 13-14, 39-40: William Wistfold, aged 24, convict: disease or hurt, languor and lassitude and debility with great pain and almost total inability of swallowing from inflammation of the tonsils. Put on sick list, 25 July 1824 at sea. Discharged 20 November 1824.

Colonial Secretary's Office, 20th April, 1825 THE Governor has been pleased to approve of the following Appointments :--- John Robinson, holding a Ticket of Leave, to be an Ordinary, and Mr. James Westfold, Ship Minerva (5), to be an Honorary Constable. By His Excellency's Command, F. GOULBURN, Colonial Secretary.
