This is my 3x great grandfather. He was convicted on the 2nd March 1840 aged 19yrs for stealing a pair of opera glasses from a man in Drury Lane. He received his ticket of leave in 1846 and died in Winton, Vic on 27th May 1907.
Convicted 2nd March 1840. Stole a pair of opera classes from Drury Lane. Tcket of Leave 1846.
