2 convictions at same Antrim assizes on same date for theft one after other ... this is a father & son on different counts and dates of offence . Both came Sydney on the Isabella at same time ,both sentenced to 7 yrs . Muster above records both Snr & Jnr on Isabella same date into Sydney, one is recorded or theft of a shovel + a chook , other was for stealing a key in company of others also charged....no differentiation in court to jnr /snr however. ....copies of court sentencing available on request.
