ADM 101/66/6/31836-1837 Folios 1-4: Copy of sick list (names and details follow) - continued: Folio 3: Edward Whittaker, aged 22, Convict; disease or hurt, erysipelas. Put on sick list, 16 March 1837. Discharged 19 March 1837 died.
