Their Lordships retired to rule the books, and on returning sentenced the county prisoners who had been convicted, as follows : ... John White and Mary O'Kelly, for burglary and robbery —judgment of death recorded. The Court intimated to the prisoners that their sentence would commuted to transportation for seven years. ...
