Convict Notes

Bedfordshire Assizes. Levi White, for stealing 2 shirts, at property of William and Daniel Bootham ; Cambridge Chronicle, 14 March 1823. Levi White, for stealing two shirts, at Riseley ; Statesman, 11 March 1823.

On 15 May 1835 at Campbelltown, Levi White was sentenced to seven years transportation to Norfolk Island for larceny. He left Sydney on 13 Jul 1835 on the Isabella. By Sep 1839 he was back in New South Wales at Newcastle stockade. He presumably received his ticket of leave about 1842, but I have found no record of that.
