Two other lads from Derby went to the Hulk and arrived on the same ship: George Wright, age 17, Larceny, Tried Derby, 5 May 1817, NSW 7 years, Transported 3 Oct 1817. John Wood, aged 15, Larceny, Tried Derby, 5 May 1817, NSW 7 years, Transported 3 Oct 1817. Perhaps all three were involved in the following report:?
