William White was convicted at Dublin on 04/01/1844 for Highway Robberty - steal 30/- from an officer of a Man of War. 7yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemens Land on the ‘Cadet’ 1844.

Single man; Native Place: Kinstown, Dublin. Labourer; 5’5 1/2”; 19yrs; fresh complexion; brown hair; blue eyes.

Van Diemens Land:
Station Gang: Impression Bay 15mths. Emerged from Gang 24/11/1845.
Several records of misconduct and punishments.
Assignments included: Norfolk Plains, Carrick, East Tamar, Launceston, Impression Bay, Cascade Rd.
