Aged 40 years. ** As per register Disease on Admission; Amentia Original Date of Admission; 25 December 1841 Statement from New Norfolk Asylum; A quiet and easily managed patient addicted to Manism and has been put into a straight waistcoat at night for its prevention, general health - good. 1856 - 16 July 1856. Discharged to New Norfolk Asylum.
