Prison Hulk ship Ganymede moored at Woolwich & Devonport, Received 7 Nov. 1835 with brother, aged 32, Transferred 23 April to NSW Annotated Printed Indentures: aged 30, conviction 21 Oct. 1835 for Stealing Malt, can read & write, Protestant, Married with 3 children (1 boy, 2 girls), Trade Farm Laborer, No Former convictions, brother George on same ship, Remarks: Nose long and thin, and inclining to the right side, small mole on left cheek, near the nose, another left side of neck, scar back of middle, and scar and ring on third fingers of right hand, woman inside lower left arm, small blue circle back of left hand, blue ring middle finger of same, scar back of left little finger.

Was convicted with his brother George who also was transported Born in Betley England married Mary Rhodes and had 6 know. children all born in Betley Did not return to England Re married in Australia
