A daughter Eliza Matilda born 5th September 1822. William remarried 19th September, 1827 to Ann Sophia James at St. John's Church Parramatta. A daughter Elizabeth Sophia born 1828. A son William Edward born 21 December 1829. William Wicks died at Parramatta and is buried at St. John's cemetery Parramatta.
