Crown Calendar, [Lent] Assizes, 1822, Lincoln. Timothy Wilcox, the younger, aged 19, late of Surfleet, laborer, committed 15th February, 1822, charged upon the oath of John Booth of Surfleet, farmer, on suspicion of breaking into the dwelling house of John Booth in the day time, no person being therein, and stealing two cloth coats, one waistcoat, two silk handkerchiefs and one pair of men’s shoes, his property.—Guilty—Death.
