sentenced to 7 years imprisonment for marrying Dinah Manson with whome he had 7 children whilst his first wife Elizabeth Richardson still lived. He was born in Heworth, dURHAM ,eNGLAND THE SON OF JAMES WILKINSON AND ISABELLA RICHARDSON. hE APPEARS NEVER TO HAVE RETURNED TO ENGLAND. HIS FAMILY NEVER JOINED HIM IN AUSTRALIA.
