1/4/1835 Derby Mercury Derbyshire, England: William Fantom, convicted at our last assizes of a robbery at Ashbourn. Transported for seven years. William was transported before - 7 years for stealing served 6. William was 36 years old on arrival, fresh complexion, 5'7" tall, Black hair and whiskers, light hazel eyes. Married with 3 children. Conduct Record: 3 pages long - Drunk, neglect of work, Larceny under £5, twice, uttering a forged order, again at Oatlands 26/6/1846. 28/11/1846 was the last entry. March 1848: On page 1 of his conduct record - looks like 'Cert'.
