Family connections for William (Fowler) may be: FOWLER William (Fowler) was tried at Stafford Assizes, sentenced to Life & arrived in NSW as a convict on 21 1 1820 after a voyage of 4months on ELIZA. He was issued a Ticket of Leave Ticket of Leave which was cancelled in April 1826 for being drunk and naked in the street. It may he who married an Ann (Clarke her third? marriage) on 3 8 1829 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. He was issued an Absolute Pardon on 15 5 1840. Some details taken from this Website; where 2William (Fowler)s have entries] Ann (Clarke) was born on 28 9 1807 & baptised on 11 10 1807 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She married firstly (1?of3?) Mathew (Doyle) with permission on 31 1 1826 at St James CofE Sydney. An Ann (Clarke), free, is recorded as marrying (2?of3?) Patrick (Doyle) on 26 10 1826 at St Johns CofE Parramatta.
