Convict Notes
At Bury County Sessions, which did not terminate till Wednesday afternoon, the following prisoners were tried, in addition to those mentioned in our last paper : — William Ottley, for stealing 17 fowls and 11 ducks, the property of the Rev. T. Fiske, at Shimpling; ... and Bury and Norwich Post, 27 July 1825. ----------------------------------------------------------------- On Monday last seven male convicts were removed from our gaol, to be put on board the hulks at Portsmouth, namely — Charles Catton, William Mansfield, Robert Canham, Wm. Hurst, Robert Hurrell, Wm. Ottley, and Samuel Turner ; all of whom were sentenced to be transported for seven years. Bury and Norwich Post, 10 Aug. 1825
