Government Notice. Colonial Secretary's Office, 13th .March, 1828. TEN POUNDS REWARD. WHEREAS JOHN ARMS, and WM. RATSFORD, charged with robbing the Premises of Mrs. Badgery, of the South Creek, have ABSCONDED; Notice is hereby given, That a Reward of FIVE POUNDS will be paid to any Person or Persons who may apprehend and lodge either of the said Parties in any of His Majesty's Gaols. John Arms arrived by the Prince of Orange (1), is a Native of Holbroke, a Farming Man, twenty-seven years of age, 5 feet 6-3/4 inches in height, ruddy complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, and holds a Certificate of Freedom, No. 27607, dated 14th July, 1827. William Ratsford arrived by the Agamemnon, is a Native of Manchester, a Cotton Spinner, twenty-seven years of age, 5 feet 7 inches in height, ruddy complexion, brown hair, light blue eyes, and holds a Certificate of Freedom, No. 87/5989; dated 20th January, 1827.
