County Sessions The following Prisoners were tried before Sir E. E. Bart., the course of Wednesday and Thursday : be Transported for Life.— Mark Luckman, alias ... (aged 20,) Wm. Spencer, (aged 22,) and Hannah Pearson, …., were indicted for stealing from a dwelling house at Norton ... the 2?th of September last, 26 sovereigns, ?. note of Russell's Bank, and a box, the property of Thomas ... The evidence was mainly circumstantial: the Jury, after some some deliberation, found Luckman and Spencer guilty, and Hannah not guilty. Leamington Spa Courier, 20 Oct 1832. Transportation for Life.—Mark Luckman and William Spencer, for stealing at Norton Lindsey, sovereigns, one £5 bank note, and a box the property of Thomas Pacey ... Northampton Mercury, 3 Nov 1832.
