Granted Permission to Marry on the 17th January 1839. Henry married fellow convict Mary Donally on the 20th March 1839 at St John's Church, Launceston. They had two (registered) children, a son born 1848 and a daughter born 1850. First Ticket of Leave was granted in January 1840. Second Ticket of Leave was granted in January 1844. Received a Conditional Pardon in October 1846. Henry died a pauper, aged 45 years. He was buried on the 3rd October 1854.
