ADM 101/58/7/1 Folio 6: Mary Williams alias Holt, aged 19; disease or hurt, hysteria, with distressing pain across the forehead on recovering from a fit. Put on sick list, 28 April 1827, in the Channel. Last date of treatment, 30 April 1827.
