1833, 4 March: Thomas WILLIAMS per KS Forbes died at HM Colonial Hospital in Hobart. He was buried on 6 March. On this record his age is given as 25 (see https://stors.tas.gov.au/RGD34-1-1p132j2k).

CRIME: Convicted at the Summer Assizes on 16 July, 1831, for stealing sheep. He was sentenced to death, commuted to transportation for life. He was admitted to the prison hulk Justitia at Woolwich on 14 September 1831. He was sent from the hulk on 10 February for transportation. Thomas WILLIAMS was 25, born 1806, according to the hulk record (see UK, Prison Hulk Registers and Letter Books, 1802-1849). 1832: On arrival in VDL, Thomas Williams he was listed as 17 years old (see https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON31-1-46$init=CON31-1-46p168).
