20/3/1835: Convict Death Register: Joel died at Bathurst, he was assigned to George Busby. Note: NSW BDM has a death in 1835 for Joel Wilmot, but lists him as an infant. Don't know which one is correct.

Convicted with his elder brother Ebenezer of maliciously maiming and killing two ewe sheep and two lambs, property of William Senior, on March 7 1830, using a sword and gun. Described in court as 'very respectable young men' who had been about to sail for America.
