Catherine Wilson, 16, charged with stealing a cotton gown, three aprons, two shawls, and various other articles, the property of Richard Brooks, of Ducklington and sentenced to be transported for 7 years.- Eliza Bradley, indicted with Catharine Wilson, was acquitted. Oxford Journal, 16 July 1831. -------------------------------------------------- On Monday last Catherine Wilson was removed from our county gaol on board his Majesty's ship Pyramus, pursuant to her sentence of transportation for seven years. Oxford Journal, 24 Sept 1831. -------------------------------------------------- Medical Journal of the Pyramus, convict ship, from 2 Sept 1831 to 156 Mar 1832, by James Rutherford, surgeon and superintendent, during which time the ship was employed in transporting female convicts to New South Wales.
