(Wilson) & produced a child.>>> [Some details taken from this Website; where 2entries are found] 1.William (Wilson) was born in 1805 in England. He arrived in NSW with his mother on 10 10 1811 after a voyage of 7months on FRIENDS. He would haen taken to the Public Factory at Parramatta with his mother. He was recorded in 1820 with his mother at Richmond. He was recorded in 1825 with his mother at Richmond. .. >>>Mary (Hason/Wilson) was tried for stealing, on 5 3 1810, calico/printed cotton/cloth of John (Davies) at Old Bailey on 11 4 1810, sentenced to 7years, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict with her son on 10 10 1811 after a voyage of 7months on FRIENDS; she was Protestant. She absconded from the Public Factory at Parramatta in 1812. She was Free by Servitude by 1817. She had a second (2of3) relationship with James (McGuire) & produced 3children, She was recorded in 1820 with J (McGuire) & 4children at Richmond. She was recorded in 1822 as wife of J (McGuire) with 2children named (Wilson) at Windsor. Trial: Middlesex, 5 Mar 1810, age 30; sentenced 7 years. Transportation: Friends, arrived NSW 1811. Accompanied by: Son William (fate unknown). Freedom: Free by servitude, 1817. Relationships/Children in NSW: With James Maguire – two children (Mary 1814, Margaret 1815). Later lived with John Rule (convict per Lord Eldon 1817). Death: 1852, North Richmond, NSW, age 72.

April 1810, trial of MARY WILSON (t18100411-88). MARY WILSON, Theft > grand larceny, 11th April 1810. 348. MARY WILSON was indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 5th of March , twenty yards of printed cotton, value 30 s. the property of John Davies . SAMUEL DAVIES . I am shopman to Mr. Davis, linen-draper , Castle-street, Leicester-square . On Monday the 5th of March, between six and seven in the evening, the prisoner came into the shop, and stole twenty yards of print; she drew it up her clothes through the inside of her pocket. As soon as I saw she had secured it under her clothes, I went out and looked through the window until she came out. When she came out, I caught hold of her. and the property dropped from under her clothes; this is the property; it is John Davies's. Prisoner's Defence. I leave it to the mercy of the Court. GUILTY , aged 30. Transported for Seven Years . Second Middlesex Jury, before Mr. Recorder.
