ADM 101/16/81824 Medical and surgical journal of the convict ship Chapman for 4 March to 31 July 1824 by James Hamilton, Surgeon and Superintendent, during which time the said ship was bound for Van Diemen's Land. Folio 21: Thomas Wilson, aged 22, Convict; disease or hurt, cynanche tonsillaris, sore throat and headache, some febrile symptoms, bowels irregular. Taken ill, 13 July 1824, at sea. Discharged 29 July 1824 [folio 24].
