Marriages in the Parish of New Norfolk in the Year; 1828. No; 20. Thos. Wilson. Ship; Sir Godfrey Webster of the Parish of Lower Clyde & Maria Rivers. Ship; Sovereign of the Parish of Lower Clyde married in the Church by Banns on the 20 August 1828
He was 5'1" tall, with brown hair, grey eyes, aged 21. In VDL, he was found guilty 8 July 1835 of Drinking in a Public Place. He received a Conditional Pardon on 22 August 1836.
Thomas WILSON was convicted at Lincoln 8 March 1823 for breaking into a warehouse at Caistor, tried with Broxholm. Life sentence. Transported to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Sir Godfrey Webster' 1823. Last lived at Welsby near Reardon. Colony of VDL: 1834: at New Norfolk Ticket of Leave granted. 22 Aug 1836: Conditional Pardon approved.
