N.B. There are two persons named 'Thomas Wilson' on this sailing of the transportation ship 'Hyderabad' 1844. Thomas WILSON was convicted at the CCC, London on 6 May 1844 for break and enter a dwelling house at St. Mary, Islington. Gaol report: "he had been convicted before". Thomas stated he was innocent of the offence and had simply been drunk and was in the house. 10 yr transportation sentence. Sent to Australia per the ship 'Hyderabad' 1844. Thomas WILSON was stationed at Norfolk Island (off the east coast of New South Wales). He died there, in hospital, 15 March 1845.
