Thomas WILSON was convicted at Devon, England 18 March 1822 for stealing from the person. 14 yr transportation sentence. Sent to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) per the 'Arab' 1822. Parents stated to be at Bishopsgate Street. Colony of VDL: Assigned to work services. Several records of misconduct & punishments. Ticket of Leave granted. 18 July 1837: Committed for trial at Supreme Court - forgery & uttering. Not Guilty.
