Ipswich Borough Sessions. ... It appeared that the evening of the 10th May, the Gun Inn, St. Clement’s was robbed money notes, gold, and silver, to an amount above 40/., besides various small articles . The prisoner Snell, a bad character, who had for some time been well (Known by?) the police, in the course the evening, had been noticed watching outside a door of the house in Orwell Street, and Wilson, also under the surveillance of the police was known have been drinking in the tap room, during the evening. ...
