The guard comprises 30 men of the 1st Foot (Royals), under orders of Lieut. Lewis. Sydney Gazette, 13 Jan 1821.

Medical and surgical journal of the convict ship Prince Regent for 1 May to 15 October 1827 by William Rae, surgeon and superintendent, during which time the said ship was employed in a voyage to New South Wales. Folio 6: Edward Wiltshire, aged 21, convict; case number 3; disease or hurt, opthalmia. Sacriledge, transported for life. Put on sick list, 20 June 1827 at Cape Finestere. Discharged 20 July 1827 cured.
